There are so many yummy things at my local Farmer’s Market! I am just loving the fresh grapefruit!!!
I made the salad according to bon appetit’s “Kale & Grapefruit Salad” recipe and then threw in some goat cheese and roasted cashews for good measure. I loved this salad because it tasted fantastic and has some of my favorite power foods in it. I don’t think you can go wrong with kale, avocados, or nuts – especially when there is training to do!
