A little while ago, I posted about how I have signed up for the 12th annual Alcatraz Classic next September. I chose this race because I wanted a fitness goal that was pregnancy friendly. When I originally posted, we thought we were expecting our second child… only to find out a few days later we’re actually expecting both our second and third child!!!
I’ve been very nauseous this time around, but it all makes sense now: twice the babies, twice the hormones. I missed about 3 weeks of working out at my gym due to
morning all day sickness and only just started feeling well enough to go back.
Does anyone have any fitness tips for someone expecting twins???
