  1. OK, the newest kid in the pool will be the first one to answer — that ought to get some extra points, right, ‘teach’? Here goes…

    Looking at the photo, I noticed body alignment and head position. I tried the drill for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I like how it helped me with body balance as well as alignment.

  2. I am taking basic swiming classes. Lets see what I can say. 🙂

    Because it saves energy for another activity after swiming and “fair enough fast”; [muscle activity/speed] rate is low enogh.

  3. I can’t think of a good reason to do this drill. Seems like it teaches you to glide in the water which is a bad idea.
