I’m curious – what pace can you hold 10 x 100s Freestyle at :05 rest without fading more than :02 seconds between the first and last one? The goal is to go as fast as possible over the duration of the set.
If you aren’t ready for 100s, can you do 50s? If not, try it with fins.
