Test Set: 10 x 100s or 10 x 50s

I’m curious – what pace can you hold 10 x 100s Freestyle at :05 rest without fading more than :02 seconds between the first and last one? The goal is to go as fast as possible over the duration of the set.

If you aren’t ready for 100s, can you do 50s? If not, try it with fins.

Get your heart rate at the end of the set and report back to me! I want to see what you’ve got!
